Refunds Will Be Considered in the Following Cases:

The product is fully non-functional or significantly different from the demo version.

You opened a support ticket and did not receive a response within 48 hours (2 business days).

Refund Processing Time: Refunds can take up to 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank and payment method.

Refund Processing Fees: A 20% processing fee (4% gateway fee, 9% dispute fee, and 7% processing fee) will be deducted from any refunded amount.
